Any task is difficult when you are tackling it for the first time but if you have a teacher to take you through it, each difficult task can be simplified.
The ministry is not a burden if approached the way the Master commanded. Jesus said this burden is light and this yoke is easy (Mat.11:30). The harder the ministry feels, the farther away from the right path you are.
The key to effective and stress free ministry is what Jesus said: Learn of me (Mat.11:29). Learning from someone who had been there makes the journey easier and effective.
Timothy learnt from Paul and others were to learn from Timothy. The things you have heard of me among many witnesses, commit to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also (2Tim.2:2).
